Deposit Terms
- Deposits must be made from an account registered in the same name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
- The minimum deposit for each payment method is ৳100.
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals are made only to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be put on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
- In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
gv333 offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Once accepted, the bonus is added to your account and specific conditions apply to its use.
Wagering Requirements
To withdraw any bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (20x wagering requirement). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.
General Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer applies once per user per promotion.
- Your account profile must be fully completed to be eligible for a bonus.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
- If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
- gv333 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, gv333 reserves the right to investigate the account and forfeit the bonus.
VIP and Rewards Program
The gv333 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

Gameplay and Betting Rules
Betting Limits
Each game and betting market has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. gv333 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
Finality of Bets
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. However, if a technical error or data issue is identified on the platform's side, the bet may be voided. In that case, the staked amount will be returned to the user's account.
Technical Errors
If a technical error, server outage or other issue affects the outcome of a game, gv333 reserves the right to void that round and refund the staked amount. Any apparent win resulting from a technical error is void.
Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, scripts or automated software to play games is prohibited.
- Attempting to win bets through collusion with other players is prohibited.
- Exploiting system errors to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes is strictly prohibited.

Balance After Account Closure
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any bonus balance in that account will be forfeited. However, actual deposited funds may be returned after an investigation is completed — the final decision on this rests with gv333.
User Rights
You may request closure of your account at any time through support. The process will be completed within 48 hours of receiving the request.
Limitation of Liability
